Before payment

The website form is only a licence request. No payment is taken through the form. The purchaser receives a written order summary identifying the current release builds, price, tax, delivery package and licence terms before payment.

Before digital delivery

If the purchaser does not accept the final order summary, the request can be cancelled without a software delivery.

After digital delivery

Because commercial software is delivered digitally, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, whether the package has been delivered/used, the written order terms and any rights that apply by law. AeroGeo North will address defective or inaccessible delivery and will not use this policy to remove non-waivable legal rights.

Perpetual updates & technical support

The Northstar CAD + Field licence includes perpetual software updates for the licensed product: future updates AeroGeo North releases for Northstar CAD + Field are included at no additional licence charge and no recurring software subscription is required. Technical support is separate from the update entitlement and is provided under the current support policy/order terms. Compatibility questions should be raised before purchase. Issue reporting

For a reproducible issue, provide the Northstar version, Windows/Android version, operation performed, source-data type and an error screenshot/log where practical. Do not send client-confidential source data unless necessary and authorized.
